How do I sign up?

If you want an account just use the signup form. If you have any difficulties or questions feel free to contact us.

What does 'beta' mean?

OBZTime is currently in beta. This means that while you can use it, we're still refining it and finishing features, so the site will change with time. If you want to request a feature, report a bug, or give general feedback then please contact us.

Which browsers do you support?

We aim to support any browser that's reasonably standards-compliant. In practice, we've tested on Firefox 1.x/2.x/3.x, Internet Explorer 6/7, Opera 9.x, and Safari on Windows, Mac OS, and Ubuntu Linux. If OBZTime doesn't work properly on your favourite browser, please let us know.

Do I need to enable Javascript?

To use OBZTime you must enable Javascript in your browser. If you are running a script-blocking plugin like NoScript, you must allow all scripts from the obztime.com domain to run:

Why did my session expire?

If you remain logged in for two days, your session will expire. You will be signed out, and taken back to the sign in screen. This is for security reasons; it means that even if you forget to sign out on a public or shared computer, other users of that computer will have less opportunity to use your account.

I signed up but closed the browser during payment. How do I finish my payment?

It's easy to do. Just log in using the login and password you entered. You'll see the Activate Suspended Account page. Click the link Click here to activate your account and you'll be taken to the payment page.

What does 'Login has already been taken' mean when I'm signing up?

This means you're trying to use a login that has already been used to create an account. If you're seeing this because you created an account but closed the browser before completing payment, see this FAQ entry for instructions.

Otherwise, you'll have to change your login to one that hasn't been used.
